A+ Teachers eliminates the difficulty of calling substitutes. We maintain a continuous recruiting function; handle personnel records, payroll expenses and paperwork. By performing these tasks, we enable school staff to focus on the tasks of teaching and managing students.

Other Services:

• In addition to the placement of substitute teachers, we can assist the school district by providing classroom aides, office and business personnel on either a temporary or temporary to full-time permanent basis.

Other Important Details:

• We offer additional incentives to our A+ Teachers that include a clearance reimbursement program, year-end bonus incentive, and a continuing education program.

• Personnel files are available for audit by the school district or the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

• Each day, we respond rapidly to identify a substitute for placement. We provide a list of A+ Teachers who will be on site by fax or email to the principal or his/her designee by 7:30AM (or time specified by the building contact).

• Provide daily assignment list via email or fax to the appropriate school facility.
